  • 18 Ocean Course
1 2 3 4

Set along the Atlantic oceanfront, this shingle-styled custom home is a "flipped" plan where the main living and entertaining occurs on the second floor. The client choose this layout to view the breakers on the ocean beyond the lagoon and golf course.

The first level is dedicated to guest providing spa-like bedrooms and bathrooms and secondary living room which doubles as a home theatre. The third floor is the couple's cozy apartment with a vaulted bedroom ceiling and a half circular window framing their view of the ocean which leads to a private outdoor balcony.
